We are proud to announce that the Vice president of the National Petroleum Committee of Serbia, Prof. Zoran Gligorić, Ph. D and professor at the Faculty of Mining and Geology in Belgrade was elected Vice president of the prestigious international association IAGSUA for the period from 2023-2028.
The International Association of Gray Systems and Uncertainty Analysis (IAGSUA) is an international Association that brings together researchers in the field of Gray Systems and Uncertainty Analysis. The areas of action are related to the development of ideas, concepts, methods and models within the framework of the Theory of gray systems and the Theory of systems under conditions of uncertainty.
Researchers work on the development of models and analytical techniques from the point of view of their wide application in various fields of natural and social sciences, as well as in the fields of engineering technologies. The Association organizes international scientific congresses and conferences in the mentioned fields, supports publishing activities (books, monographs,...).
Within the Association, there are also two magazines ranked on the SCIe list (categories M21 and M23). The role of the Vice president of the Association entails performing all activities to improve the work of the Association in the above mentioned activities, the development of new theoretical approaches and their application and development of interdisciplinary cooperation.
