LONDON, January 2023. - We are delighted to announce that the third version of the Untapped Reserves Gender Survey has gone live this week. Since 2017 the WPC has collaborated with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) on this DE&I based survey, the only global study of its kind within the energy sector, to better understand how our industry is performing when it comes to attracting, retaining and promoting women. The survey also looks at practical ways to improve DE&I outcomes across the full employee journey.
The survey comprises two parts, one to respond to as an individual and the other for DE&I, HR or those covering those remits to complete in order to track performance on an organisational level. The individual survey is live now and company survey is taking registrations in order to go live in early February. All genders are encouraged to participate and completing either survey should take no longer than 20 minutes. We would be hugely grateful if you could take the time to participate and and also share with your industry colleagues and/or repost from our social media accounts. The survey findings will be presented at the 24th Congress in Calgary in September and as in 2017 and 2021, we are aiming to produce a truly globally representative study.
